Account Deletion
You can delete your Projflow account and all your data at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate — it cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
- Open the Projflow app and sign in to your account.
- Tap Profile, scroll to the Account section, and tap Delete account.
- If your account uses email/password sign-in, confirm your current password. Accounts created with Google only don't need this step.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are erased immediately.
Can't access the app anymore?
If you can no longer access the app, send an email tocontato@projflow.com.brfrom the email address registered on your account, requesting deletion. Our team processes the request manually within 5 business days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently erase:
- Profile data (name, email, phone, photo, company data)
- Projects and services
- Quotes
- Contacts
- Tasks
- Custom fields and tags
- Payment methods you registered
