These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Projflow application ("we", "the app"), developed by Maio Labs. By creating an account or using the app, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Projflow.

1. What Projflow is

Projflow is a business management app for freelancers and small businesses, for organizing contacts, services, quotes, tasks, items, and payment plans.

Projflow is an organization and productivity tool — it does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Business decisions, pricing, and tax obligations arising from your use of the app are your sole responsibility.

2. Registration and account

To use Projflow, you need to create an account with an email and password, or sign in with your Google account (Google Sign-In). You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when registering;
• Keeping your password confidential and restricting access to your account;
• All activity carried out through your account.

Notify us immediately (projflow.app@gmail.com) if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Eligibility

Projflow is intended for users who are 18 or older, or emancipated minors, acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a company, for business/professional purposes. It is not directed to children.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where expressly permitted by law;
• Overload or interfere with Projflow's infrastructure (e.g., abusive automation, mass scraping);
• Use the app to store or distribute illegal or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.

5. Your content

Contacts, services, quotes, tasks, items, tags, custom fields, and payment plans that you register ("User Content") belong to you. By using them in the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync that content solely for Projflow to function (including syncing between the app and our servers). We do not use your User Content for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the User Content you enter into the app, including third-party data (such as your own clients) that you register as contacts — whether manually or by importing them from your phone's address book, with your permission.

6. Plans and feature availability

Projflow is currently free to use. We may, in the future, introduce paid plans or additional features subject to a charge; if that happens, you will be informed before any charge and may choose not to subscribe. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove app features at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Projflow app, its brand, design, source code, and other elements (except User Content) are owned by Maio Labs or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the app to you — only a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it under these Terms.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep Projflow available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

Projflow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including any data loss — we recommend keeping your own records/backups of critical business information.

10. Account termination

You may terminate your account and request deletion of your data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of Projflow after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction elected in Brazil to resolve any disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Projflow application ("we", "the app") collects, uses, and protects user information ("you").

1. Who we are

Projflow is a business management app for freelancers and small businesses, enabling the management of contacts, services, quotes, and payment plans.

2. Information we collect

To function, Projflow collects and stores:

• Account data: name and email, provided at registration or obtained via Google Sign-In.
• Data you enter: contacts, services, quotes, items, tags, custom fields, and payment plans registered within the app — including contacts imported from your phone's address book, when you authorize access.
• Device contacts (phone address book): with your permission, we access your phone's contact list so you can import a name, phone number, email, and address when registering a contact in the app. Access only happens when you initiate an import or select a contact from the address book; we do not read your address book in the background.
• Photos: with your permission, we access your photo library so you can set a profile photo and company logo. These images are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
• Authentication data: access and refresh tokens, stored securely on the device to keep your session active.
• Subscription data: if you subscribe to the Premium plan, we record the subscription status (active, in trial, canceled, expired), your app account's anonymous identifier, the transaction identifiers, and the product purchased. We do not have access to your card or payment method details — payment is processed entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

You can grant or revoke contacts and photo permissions at any time in your phone's operating system settings; without them, the app continues to work normally, just without quick contact/photo import or selection.

We do not collect location data, do not access the device's camera or microphone, and do not display third-party ads.

3. How we use the information

The information collected is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your access to the app;
• Store and display the business data you enter yourself (contacts, services, quotes, payments);
• Keep your data synced across sessions;
• Process, validate, and maintain your Premium subscription status, when applicable.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data is stored on our own servers and used only to operate the app.

When you choose to sign in with Google (Google Sign-In), Google provides the app only the basic profile information (name, email) needed for authentication, under Google's own terms.

We use the Sentry service to monitor errors and app stability. When a failure occurs, technical diagnostic data (error report, device model, operating system version) may be sent to that service, used exclusively to identify and fix technical issues.

We use the RevenueCat service (RevenueCat, Inc.) to manage and validate Premium plan subscriptions. When you subscribe, your app account's anonymous identifier, the transaction identifiers provided by the store (Google Play or App Store), and the subscription status are processed by that service, exclusively to grant and maintain Premium access. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or the business data you enter in the app, and has no access to your payment method.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on our own servers with access controls. Session tokens are kept locally on the device (the operating system's secure storage) and are not accessible to other apps.

6. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your Projflow account and all associated data at any time.

How to request it: send an email to projflow.app@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Our team confirms the request and completes the deletion within 15 business days.

Data deleted: name, email, contacts, services, quotes, tags, custom fields, and payment plans registered on the account.

Data retained: records that Brazilian tax/accounting law requires us to keep for a set period (when applicable to registered transactions), kept only for the legally required period and no longer associated with your app usage profile.

Additional retention period: no data is kept beyond what is necessary to comply with legal obligations; otherwise, deletion is final.

7. Target audience

Projflow is intended for self-employed professionals and companies for business use, and is not directed to children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
